Born in Rio de Janeiro, Be Lion discovered electronic music in 2008 at his first rave and spent the next fifteen years building toward it. He moved to Amsterdam in 2023 to go all-in, and by 2024 the scene was paying attention.

“Space” hit #8 on Beatport Hype for Minimal / Deep Tech in 2024. “Play With Me” followed in 2025 with the same result. He debuted in Ibiza at Sigma, crossed 3M+ streams on Spotify and signed a publishing deal with Warner Chappell.

He founded Sant Lion Records, which reached #53 on Beatport’s Hype Labels chart, and has released on Witty Tunes, Distortion, Happy Techno and Reshape Black. In September 2026, he releases on Distance Music, Bassel Darwish’s label, the most significant signing of his career to date.

In early 2025, he launched a label party No Smile Just Groove in Amsterdam. Five editions in the first year, venues filling up, a real crowd that keeps coming back. The same name runs his monthly show on Data Transmission Radio in London and his live residency on Amsterdam Most Wanted FM.
